Terms of Purchase and Use

These terms apply to purchases and use of Crimson Thread Society websites, digital materials, personalized reflective content, audio, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By ordering or using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

Spiritual entertainment—not a promise of control

The Three-Knot Red Thread Ritual and related products are symbolic spiritual entertainment and private self-reflection. They do not predict or control another person's thoughts, feelings, consent, choices, contact, or behavior. No message, reconciliation, marriage, apology, financial result, or other outcome involving another person is guaranteed.

Not professional advice

The Services are not therapy, medical care, legal advice, crisis support, or a substitute for a licensed professional. If a situation involves danger, threats, coercion, stalking, abuse, or a mental-health crisis, seek qualified local help.

Digital delivery and personalization

Core digital materials are delivered electronically. Personalized items are prepared from the information you choose to submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for maintaining access to the email address or mobile number used with the order. Delivery estimates displayed at checkout or in the receipt are estimates, not guarantees.

Payments

Prices and whether a charge is one-time are displayed before purchase. Payment is processed by the secure payment provider shown on the checkout page. We do not collect payment-card data inside Custom HTML content.

Personal-use license

Your purchase grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for your own private, noncommercial use. You may not resell, republish, distribute, scrape, or create competing products from the materials.

Service changes

We may make reasonable changes to the Services, these terms, or delivery methods. Changes do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is,” and Crimson Thread Society is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy Notice

We collect information you submit, including contact details, order details, the other person's first name or initial, ritual-agreement choices, optional SMS consent, support messages, and attribution data such as UTM parameters or ad identifiers.

How information is used

• To create and service your order.
• To deliver receipts, access links, and transactional support.
• To personalize the digital experience you requested.
• To prevent fraud, maintain records, and comply with law.
• To measure advertising and improve the funnel.
• To send marketing texts only when the optional consent box is affirmatively checked.

Service providers

Information may be processed by vendors that help operate the Services, including HighLevel/LeadConnector for CRM, forms, communications, and funnels; the checkout payment processor; email and telecommunications providers; analytics providers; and Meta for advertising measurement where enabled. These providers process data under their own terms and our instructions where applicable.

Sensitive relationship details

Do not submit medical records, intimate images, passwords, financial-account credentials, government identifiers, or unnecessary private facts about another person. We do not sell private ritual-intake content as a data product.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and documented marketing consent. No system can guarantee absolute security; we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the Services.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify the request and may retain records required for payment, fraud, tax, legal, or consent purposes.

60-Day Digital-Materials Satisfaction Promise

If you are dissatisfied with the digital materials you purchased, contact support within 60 days of purchase and identify the order. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.

The promise applies to satisfaction with the delivered digital materials—not to whether another person contacts you, reconciles, changes, or produces a particular relationship outcome. We may decline duplicate requests, chargeback abuse, fraud, or claims made after the stated period, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

SMS Program Terms

Transactional messages: If necessary to service an order, we may send limited non-promotional texts such as access, receipt, intake, or support messages as permitted by law.

Optional marketing messages: Marketing texts are sent only when you affirmatively check the optional marketing-consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Customer Support

For order access, delivery, billing, privacy, or refund questions, email us. You do not need to disclose private relationship details to receive support.
